South Bay Aging in Place Specialists
A professional home safety assessment through the lens of aging — so your family gets clarity, confidence, and a clear path forward before a crisis forces the conversation.
We evaluate safety, accessibility, and long-term livability — then give you a clear, prioritized report that tells you exactly what to do next.
What We Offer
Whether you need a focused safety snapshot or a comprehensive readiness picture, we have a structured assessment designed for where your family is right now.
One visit. One clear report. A safer home.
A professional on-site assessment of the six highest-impact safety areas in the home, delivered as a structured written report with prioritized recommendations.
✦ Founding client rate: $1,250
A complete picture of your home's safety, systems & long-term livability.
Everything in the Basic assessment, plus four additional evaluation categories, professional cost estimates, and a coordinated licensed home inspection — all synthesized into one report.
✦ Founding client rate: $2,000
As a senior's needs evolve, so should their home. We recommend reassessments every 12–24 months and offer them at 50% of the original engagement fee — $750 for Basic clients, $1,250 for Premium. Every report closes with a reassessment recommendation so you always know when it's time.
Who We Are
Most families piecing together aging-at-home support are doing it alone — Googling grab bars, calling contractors who don't specialize in this, and hoping nothing gets missed. We bring a trained eye, a structured process, and a comprehensive written report that gives you the full picture.
"We will give you an honest, thorough assessment of your home and a clear path forward — so you can make confident decisions about the future without having to figure it out alone."

How It Works
A free 20–30 minute conversation to understand your situation, the senior's needs, and what's prompting the inquiry. We listen before we assess.
A 2–3 hour structured walkthrough of the home. We evaluate safety risks, accessibility gaps, technology readiness, and long-term livability — room by room.
A comprehensive written report delivered within 5–7 business days — with an executive summary, category findings with photos, and a prioritized action plan.
For families ready to act, we coordinate trusted contractors and oversee modification work — so you have one trusted partner from assessment through completion.
