What's Included
Each visit is tailored to what's most useful that day. Tell us what you need and we'll take care of it.
The Process
Select a date and time that works for you. Visits require a 3-hour minimum. If you'd like to talk through your needs first, start with a free discovery call.
You'll receive a confirmation with all the details. Let us know in advance what tasks you'd like prioritized — we come prepared to be useful from the moment we arrive.
A consistent, professional helper arrives on time and works through your task list. You can be as involved or hands-off as you prefer.
After each visit you'll receive a brief summary of what was completed. Families who aren't local especially appreciate this — it keeps everyone in the loop.
Common Questions

We can drive seniors to appointments, errands, or outings in a standard vehicle. We are not a licensed medical transport service and cannot accommodate wheelchair lifts or specialized medical transport needs.
Yes — recurring weekly or bi-weekly visits are available and encouraged. Consistency helps build trust and makes each visit more efficient. Reach out to discuss scheduling options.
The Home Safety Assessment is a one-time evaluation of the home's safety — it results in a written report with recommendations. The Home Helper Service is ongoing, hands-on help with daily tasks. Many families do both. Learn more →
